This term, we will be focusing on a very famous artist called Van Gogh. One of his well-known paintings fits beautifully with our space topic and is titled 'Starry Night'. This week we are going to discover who Van Gogh is and what sort of impressionist he was. Take a look at this short clip to find out the sorts of colours, techniques and things he liked to paint.

You may like to experiment with mixing some colours like the ones Van Gogh used, what sort of tones can you make using just blues or yellow? Can you take a picture of your paint pallet and all the colours you've managed to create?
