Ben began his teaching career in Reading in 1999. Having taught at three different schools and being seconded to several others in the area, he became an Assistant Head for 4 years at a large, inner city primary school.
With a young family on the way, he decided to move back to the West Country and take up his first headship at Wraxall, a small village primary school on the outskirts of Nailsea.
In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, going for long walks and reading. His other passion is watching just about any sport going but especially rugby, cricket and football.
