MONDAY AFTERNOON'S LESSON
Relative Clauses
In our lesson, we'll go through the Powerpoint that explains what relative clauses are - they're just another type of subordinate clause that we were looking at last week. A relative pronoun is the word that starts the relative clause and are ones like which, that & who.
Your task has 3 parts this week, which are all explained on the task sheet below:
1. Find the relative clause in the sentence.
2. Match the sentence start, relative clause & sentence end together to form a complete sentence, remembering to use commas.
3. Use the pictures to make your own sentences that have relative clauses in different places (start, middle & end).
