I began my teaching career in Reading in 1999. Having taught at three different schools and being seconded to several others in the area, I became an Assistant Head for 4 years at a large, inner city primary school.
With a young family on the way, I decided to move back to the West Country and take up my first headship at Wraxall, a small village primary school on the outskirts of Nailsea.
In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, going for long walks and reading. My other passion is watching just about any sport going but especially rugby, cricket and football.
