World Book Day - 5th March 2020
Yesterday we celebrated World Book Day in school and the children made a fantastic effort with their dressing up, resulting in some impressive outfits! Alongside enjoying wearing different outfits for the day, the pupils made bookmarks, buddied up to do reading with other classes and looked at masterclasses of authors and illustrators. Also, Zahra in the school kitchen made some 'book' themed cakes for pudding at lunchtime and Mrs Davis made a Mr Men themed cake for the staff kitchen, which was enjoyed enormously at breaktime!
