Mindfulness means paying full attention to something and slowing down to really notice what you are doing or what is happening around you. I had some inspiration from Miss Stevens' previous scrap-booking club and class page (I'm sure she won't mind).
In these strange times, a scrap book or journal helps you to recognise and appreciate the positive things in our lives, no matter how small they might be. Every day, jot down something that has made you happy or something that you feel grateful for - it could be something that you enjoyed doing or someone who has made you happy, a picture, a beautiful flower or a kind message from a friend or even a message you have for a fried, a family member or yourself. We have so much to be thankful for and so many things that we have found out about ourselves being at home during these strange times. Have a look at these:
