This week, we are encouraging you to be creative using natural found resources. You may like to do some research on an artist called Andrew Goldsworthy who in fact created these pieces of art below! Look carefully at the resources he has used; can you identify some of these? Notice how he has been careful to continue part of the design using the same resource. Some of them have their own frames – a little bit like a picture but on the ground!
Why not go outside and gather some things you can find, but don’t pick any flowers unless you have asked a grown-up first! Many things are just starting to grow, so try to make collections of things that have finished growing, or that are from around different
parts of your local environment.
